Payment Terms

Net 30 days to accounts with approved credit. All payments in US Dollars. COD for all other orders.

Orders may also be placed by using a credit card.

Custom Products/Special Orders

Requires an account with approved credit status. The first third is due with order, the second third due at time of shipment, and the balance is due net 30 days.

Sales Tax

State sales tax is billed at the time of the order. To be state sales tax exempt, Custom Mold & Mfg., Inc. must have your tax exempt form on file.

Warranties/Liability for non Check-it-Gauge Products

Except as otherwise stated, the only warranties applying to products sold are those, if any, specifically provided by the manufacturer of the products and must be returned to the manufacturer. As sellers of third party products we make no claims as to their quality, performance, or suitability.

Statement of Warranty for Check-It-Gauge Products

Check-It-Gauge products: Fixed Base, Adjustable Base, Tips have been carefully inspected by the manufacturer and warrant its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Defective warranted products will be repaired or replaced at no cost with a new or reconditioned product at the discretion of Custom Mold & Mfg.,Inc. This warranty is void if there is evidence of misuse, abuse or alteration of product.

Products

Check-It-Gauge and Custom Mold & Mfg., Inc. reserve the right to remove, improve or modify any product sold and or manufactured without notification. Images and drawings are meant for reference only. Every effort has been made to assure their accuracy. However, their accuracy is not guaranteed.

Claims

Claims for errors, shortages, or defects must be made within ten (10) business days from receipt of delivery.

Returns

All returns to Check-It-Gauge must have the following:

1) Prepaid Freight
2) Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number.
(Contact Check-It-Gauge Sales Department prior to returning any merchandise to receive a RMA number.) (Contact)

3) Custom and special products are not returnable.

4) Credit will be issued to customers upon receipt and inspection of returned item. All items returned for credit must be in new and resalable condition.
